Холодильник в мини-баре не работал. Из ванной доносился неприятный запах. У меня были проблемы с интернетом – я обратилась на ресепшен, но администратор ответил, что не может мне ничем помочь (он был слишком занят просмотром футбольного матча). В номере было очень жарко, но там даже не было вентилятора!
