Номер большой и чистый. Если учесть, что отель находится в аэропорту, здесь не все так плохо. Превосходное расположение – особенно удобно тем, кто прилетает поздно вечером или улетает рано утром. Поблизости (тоже в аэропорту) есть несколько магазинов.

Хороший отель

Персонал не очистил мусорное ведро в моем номере после предыдущего постояльца. Когда я позвонил администратору, пришел человек и вынес мусор, но извинений от отеля не последовало. От хорошего отеля я ожидал получить какое-то признание, что такого не должно было произойти.

Я приезжаю в этот отель уже второй раз. Обслуживание на высшем уровне, к какому я привык в отелях Шератон по всему миру. Но в этом случае к нему добавляется домашний комфорт и близость к аэропорту - буквально 5 минут до терминала. Это самый лучший и удобный "транзитный" отель, который я когда-либо встречал. В довершение всего, ж/д платформа, с которой можно добраться до центра Дюссельдорфа, находится чуть ли не на пороге. Это отель для тех, кто ценит качество, удобство, комфорт и свое время.
