Администраторы, которые работали днем, на самом деле были заинтересованы в том, чтобы мне помочь, и были очень услужливыми. У меня не было много вопросов, но все, что возникали, решались максимально быстро.

Администраторы, которые работали ночью, вообще не говорили по-английски, а поскольку я практически не говорю по-немецки, то мы друг друга едва понимали.
