Доброжелательный персонал за стойкой регистрации. Просторный "Comfort" room.

Я попросил тихий номер, но мой номер, который находился на втором этаже, выходил на улицу, поэтому в номере было очень шумно (из-за трамваев). Не было ни туалетных принадлежностей, ни обувной щетки. Нам не объяснили, как подключиться к бесплатным телеканалам.
