Отель был чистым, опрятным и приятно оформленным. Персонал был доброжелательным и эффективным. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества - я даже не мог рассчитывать на большее за такие деньги.

В то время, когда мы прибыли, рецепция уже не работала. Это не так страшно, куда хуже то, что сотрудник дал нам неправильный пароль от двери, поэтому мы были вынуждены ждать, пока кто-нибудь не вернется в отель. И все бы ничего, но на улице шел дождь. В конце концов, после неоднократных попыток связаться с персоналом, я получил-таки доступ в номер. Позже они позвонили и уточнили, все ли в порядке, но извинений я так и не услышал.
