Отличный отель с дружелюбным и квалифицированным персоналом. Номер большой и роскошный! В отеле я не ел, так как стоимость завтрака была выше по сравнению с другими 4-звездочными отелями. В номере у меня был превосходный вид на реку Эльба, и я мог пешком дойти до основных достопримечательностей. Рекомендую этот отель!

Нет бесплатного доступа к интернету, а платная услуга - очень дорогая. В особенности, учитывая, что это отель ориентированный на проведение конференций, и многие люди стали бы использовать Интернет. По крайней мере можно было снизить цену.

Отель красивый и расположен очень близко ко всем главным туристическим достопримечательностям Дрездена. Персонал очень предупредительный и услужливый. Отель расположен близко ко всем торговым центрам и очень хорошо связан с аэропортом через трамваи, которые находятся всего в паре минут ходьбы от отеля.

Некоторые молодые люди, которые работают на ресепшне, не имеют ни малейшего понятия, где находится косметический салон. И нам пришлось минут 20 бродить по отелю в поиске этой компании и оказалось, что не смотря на рекламу его здесь нет нигде. Вот так….
