Персонал был хорошим и доброжелательным. У меня был отличный номер: тихий, удобный (за исключением подушки) и чистый. Отель находится в непосредственной близости от парка Тиргартен.

Всего одна жалоба – подушка. Я останавливалась во многих отелях и никогда не видела такой огромной подушки. Она была чересчур массивная. Голова располагается на ней очень неудобно. У меня нет проблемы со спиной, но, тем не менее, я проснулась посреди ночи с болью в спине.

В целом, отличный отель - гармоничное сочетание удобного расположения, достойного обслуживания и комфортабельных номеров. Единственная жалоба относится к нестабильной связи wi-fi, что причиняет много неудобств в деловой поездке. Но даже несмотря на это я не пожалел, что выбрал именно этот отель.

Администраторы были потрясающие, они были очень приветливые и помогали во всем, не могу в достаточной мере похвалить их, комната была просторная, уютная и естественно оформленная. Отличное расположение, хотя от остановки нужно было идти около 15 минут.

Место возможно немного далековато от всех главных туристических точек и железнодорожной станции.
