Отел ухоженный и уютный, в номере было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Терраса на крыше оставляла желать лучшего, хотя кое-то оттуда все-таки можно было увидеть.

Отель удобно расположен, в нескольких минутах ходьбы находятся трамвай и автобус. Номера хорошо оборудованы, тренажерный зал хороший, завтрак (который может быть включен с номером) превосходный, и персонал очень полезный.

Это немного странный отель. Чтобы вызвать лифт вам нужно воспользоваться ключ-картой от входной двери вашего номера. Завтраки были вкусными. По телефону в номере можно связаться с любой точкой мира, то есть он работает не только внутри гостиницы. Доступ к беспроводному Интернету предоставляется бесплатно. Весь персонал услужливый и внимательный. Единственной проблемой было то, что ванная комната крошечных размеров, и я в нее с трудом мог войти. Несмотря на это, буду останавливаться здесь и впредь.

Отличный разговорный английский язык у персонала, современный бутик-отель, потрясающий завтрак, большой номер, удобная кровать, огромная ванная, есть сейф, есть халаты, все без единого пятнышка, вид на Александерплац.

Моя жена жаловалась на недостаток туалетных принадлежностей, например, туалетного столика с зеркалом и розеткой (для фена, щипцов для завивки и т.д.)
