This security deposit will be refunded upon check out if there is no room damage or items missing. Guests must collect the keys from the property owner upon arrival. Depending on your arrival time guests can meet at a local restaurant 100 metres from the property. Please inform Tahiti-Appartement in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of XPF 12000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
