After booking, the property will send guest a rental contract that will have to be signed and returned with the payment of 30% of the total amount of the price in order to secure the booking. In case of late booking of less than 1 week before arrival, the total amount of the price has to paid the day of arrival. Please note that a EUR 400 damages deposit cheque will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay, if not, it will be sent back eight days after departure. Upon request and availability, guests can borrow a baby cot, pushchair, highchair and baby bath. Please note that cheques, ANCV holiday vouchers and cash are accepted as methods of payment. Please inform Villa Louizanne in advance of your expected arrival time.
