An end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 55 or EUR 75 according to the apartment type is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Even if paying the cleaning fee, you must clean the kitchen and wash the dishes upon departure, take out the rubbish, make sure all furnishings are in their original position, and fold all the blankets and duvets. Bed linen and towels are included. Please note that the swimming pool and the sauna are only available when the resort is open. Please check with the Risoul Tourism Office for exact dates. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the resort are only open in summer and winter. Outside this period, guests are advised to bring their own food, as all shops and restaurants are closed. Please check with the Risoul Tourism Office for exact opening dates. Your keys will be put in a code box directly attached on the front door of your apartment. Before your arrival, you will receive all the information required to open the code box. When you leave, simply put the keys back into the code box. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Résidence Altaïr, 05600 Risoul 1850. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
