Два приветливых сотрудника ресепшн готовы помочь при необходимости, но не более того. Завтрак нормальный, но не сравниться с тем, который предлагают, например, в Германии.

Один из сотрудников ресепшн был невероятно груб. Когда я просил забрать три тарелки с едой в наш номер он отказал. Я спросил его имя, но показал мне неприличный жест. Я не обратил на это внимание менеджеров, так как нам предстояло жить здесь еще два дня. 2. Мы просили сменить комнату, так как в той, где мы жили, пол не был ровным, и нам приходилось спать на наклонной кровати. 3. В номерах лежали старые вонючие ковры. Там не было микроволновки и холодильника. Хотя на сайте написано что комнаты «полностью оборудованы» и «обновлены». Это вводит в заблуждение.
