Я останавливался во многих парижских отелях этой категории, но этот выделяется благодаря очень хорошему соотношению цены и качества. Обстановка доброжелательная, отель тихий, близко к метро, и оставил очень хорошее впечатление в целом, а бассейн был в качестве бонуса!

Крайне неприветливый и невоспитанный персонал. Они еле-еле говорят по-английски или вовсе не хотят помочь гостям. Комнаты крохотные и шумные. Кондиционер не работает. Грязные полотенца и халаты. Нечищеная ванна. В комнате не работает интернет. А буклетик с информацией для гостей абсолютно бесполезен. Труднодоступная и грязная стоянка без освещения и лестницы, плюс завышенная цена. Не удивляйтесь, если вы уже заселившись, вернетесь в отель и обнаружите, что вход закрыт по какой-то нелепой причине. И, конечно же, не ждите извинений и объяснений от персонала.
