After booking, the property will send you a contract that must be signed and returned along with the deposit payment of 30% of the total price of the reservation. This must be done before the booking is confirmed. Directions and key-collection information will be given after payment of the balance which is due, together with the security deposit, 30 days before arrival. Bank transfers are an accepted method of payment. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days, after the end of the stay, provided there is no damage to the property. A baby cot is available upon request. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
