Renovated in 2018 and located on the famous Promenade des Anglais, Nice Beach offers air-conditioned accommodation 100 metres from the beach. Free high-speed WiFi access is provided and secure onsite parking is available for an extra charge.

Each apartment features a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, offering a view of the city and the surrounding hills. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a bathroom with a bath, toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. Ironing equipment, a safety deposit box and a baby seat can be provided upon request.

Guests can rent beach kits, including towels, robes, sun cream and flip flops. Passes to rent bicycles are also available for an extra charge.

Shops can be found within a 2-minute walk of the property. Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Menton and Monaco can all be reached within 45 minutes by car. Nice Airport is 4 km away.

Please note that a EUR 350 damages deposit will be charged on your credit card upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. A EUR 20 fee applies for arrivals after 20:00. Please note that it's not possible to arrive after 23:00. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
