You can pick up your keys at the conciergerie for free from 10:00 to 00:00, 7 days a week. During the conciergerie opening hours, guests can check-in without prior appointment. If guests want to check-in outside the conciergerie opening hours and on a French public holiday, they must inform the property of their arrival in advance to organise check-in. Conciergerie opening hours: - Monday to Saturday: 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 Please note that in certain cases, it is possible that the apartment will not be ready before 17:00. If this is the case then guests can leave their luggage at the conciergerie free of charge. Please note that the security deposit will be pre-authorised on your credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). The pre-authorisation will be cancelled within 3 working days of your departure Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Conciergerie Nestor&Jeeves 43 rue de France, 06000 NICE.
