Please note that a EUR 70 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. If you choose to clean the accommodation yourself, a EUR 70 deposit will be requested and refunded if the house is left clean. Bed linen can be rented for EUR 5 per person and towels for EUR 3 per person. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
