Please note that guests are required to clean the barbecue and the fireplace after use. The rate includes water, heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, tourist and local taxes and end-of-stay cleaning. Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for the following fees: - EUR 10 per person for bed linen - EUR 7.5 per person for bath towels and 1 tea towel Any additional television services purchased such as films on demand will be charged at the end of the stay. An inventory of the furniture is done to upon arrival. A departing inventory will be done at the end of the stay. Please note the pool is closed from October to March included. It is heated the rest of the year. A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
