Please note that from 24 September, the reception is open hours are as follows: - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday : 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. - Closed Wednesdays and Sundays From the 1st October, reception opening hours are as follows: -09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 Please note that baby cots are only available upon request and must be confirmed by the property. Air conditioning is not available. If you expect to arrive on Wednesday or Sunday, the property will contact you directly to organise key collection. Please note that for stays of 1-6 nights, bed linen and towels are included in the price and beds are made for your arrival. Tea towels and kitchen cleaning products are also included. For stays of 7 or more nights, bed linen and towels are included in the price but guests have to make their own beds. For all stays of 1 to 6 nights end-of-stay cleaning is included, except that guests are required to clean the kitchen. For all stays of 7 nights or more, guests will be charged for the end-of-stay cleaning. Please note that one pet is charged EUR 8 per day. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival.
