You can collect the keys at the agency of Kaysersberg, Monday to Saturday. between 14:00 and 18:00. For arrivals before these hours, the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 30 per stay. Please note that for arrivals and departures on Sundays and public holidays, the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 60 per stay if you collect the keys directly at the apartment. If you collect the keys at the agency, a EUR 30 extra fee per stay will be requested. Please inform Jeanne & Louise in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
