You can collect the keys at the agency of Kaysersberg, Monday to Saturday between 14:00 and 18:00. For arrivals before these hours, the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 30 per stay. Please note that for arrivals and departures on Sundays and Public Holidays, the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 60 per stay if you collect the keys directly at the apartment. If you collect the keys at the agency, a EUR 30 extra fee per stay will be requested. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet and per stay applies. Please inform 1532 in advance of your expected arrival time.
