A damage deposit of between EUR 200 and EUR 500 is required upon arrival and will be returned subject to a damage inspection. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees). Beds made upon arrival and mid-week housekeeping matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra charge. A baby kit is available in the apartment at an extra cost. It includes: a cot without a mattress, high chair, pushchair and changing mat. It is suitable for children under 2 years of age and weighing less than 15 kg. Subject to availability and prior reservation. Please note that the outdoor pool is seasonal and opens from April to November. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
