A deposit of EUR 700 will be requested at your arrival and you’ll get it back by mail after your departure, at a delay that shall be indicated by the agency. Please note that final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests can provide by themselves or have it for an extra charge of EUR 75. The handover of the keys will take place at the agency in charge of the accommodation, which is at a different address than the rented place. This address will be communicated to you once we received the full payment of your trip, 30 days before your arrival at the latest Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation rate. Charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
