The property will contact you directly to organise this. Bed linen and towels are not provided when renting the Villa with Private Pool. They can be rented at the property. Please note that wooden pellets for the stove are not included in the price. Guests can purchase a bag of wood pellets for an extra charge of EUR 80. The swimming pool is available from April and guests will be charged EUR 100 per week if they would like the swimming pool to be heated. Pets are not allowed in the stone outbuilding. Please note that the EUR 1000 damages deposit applies only to guests renting the Villa with Private Pool. The deposit will be pre-authorised and charged only in the case that damages have occured. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
