A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available with additionnal cost. The kit includes: 1 cot without a mattress, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability and prior reservation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time-frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
