You can collect the keys at the agency of Kaysersberg, Monday to Saturday. between 14:00 and 18:00. For any arrival on a Sunday, a bank holiday or outside the opening hours of the agency, keys can be collected from a secure box. During these times, if you wish to meet someone directly at the agency, a supplement of EUR 30 will be requested. If you wish to meet someone directly at the accommodation, a supplement of EUR 60 will be requested. Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented on site or guests can bring their own. A supplement of EUR 20 per stay will be required for any pet. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 1a avenue Georges Ferrenbach, 68240 KAYSERSBERG. Please inform Les 2 Clés in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
