Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor with no lift access. You can collect the keys at the agency from Monday to Saturday between 14:00 and 18:00. For arrivals after 18:00, the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 30. Please note that for arrivals and departures on Sundays and public holidays the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 60 per stay if you collect the keys directly at the apartment. If you collect the keys at the agency, a EUR 30 extra fee per stay will be requested. Bed linen and towel rental is available at the property at an extra cost and upon prior request. Animals accepted with an extra cost for EUR 20 per animal and per stay. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 1a avenue Georges Ferrenbach, 68240 KAYSERSBERG. Please inform Le Grenier du Voyageur in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
