Guests must contact the property after reservation by telephone in order to confirm their arrival time. Arrival outside of check-in times is only possible upon arrangement with the property before arrival. Please note that parking spaces are limited and that reservation is not possible. At certain times in winter guests may have to park elsewhere in Chamonix. A damage deposit of the Euro equivalent of 400 GBP will be pre-authorised on your bank card in the days before you arrive. This deposit is fully refundable following your check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation which will take place within 24 hours after you leave. Damage deposits cannot be paid in cash.
