Located on the hillside between Cargèse and the beach, this residence features an outdoor swimming pool with sea views. Residenza l’Alivetu is just a 25-minute drive from the Piana Calanches hills.

All apartments offer views of the sea or garden, some include a private balcony, while others include a garden. They are complete with private bathroom and shower and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Outside seating is provided in all apartments allowing opportunity for al fresco dining. There is also a shared BBQ at the residence and apartments for disabled guests are available.

The residence is situated just 400 metres from Alivetu of Menasina beach. Cargèse centre is a 5-minute drive away and free private parking is available on site.

Please note that the balance of payment is due upon check-in. Please inform the property of the exact number of adults and children coming for a reservation in the special request box when booking. Please note that for stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen, towels and the end-of-stay cleaning fee are included in the price. Please note that for stays of 4 nights or more bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented on site at the following fees: - Studio (2 Adults + 1 Child): EUR 25 per stay - One Bedroom Apartment (2-5 Adults): EUR 40 per stay - Two-Bedroom Apartment (4-7 Adults): EUR 60 per stay Please inform the property at the time of booking if you wish to rent bed linen and towels.
