Размер апартаментов был хорошим.

Кондиционер не работал, и на мою жалобу мне ответили, что в зимнее время он работает, если нужно, можно открыть окно... Не очень хорошая идея, учитывая нашего 4-месячного малыша. Горячей воды не было две ночи из четырех, мы пожаловались, и к нам направили сантехника. В ванной нет занавески, и вода натекает во время принятия душа в спальню. На наши жалобы нам сказали, что у них в номерах нет занавесок, и если нужно, можно кинуть на пол полотенце. Ресепшен работает только с понедельника по пятницу в определенные часы (09:00 - 12:30 и 14:30 - 18:00). А когда работает, то вообще не может решить вопросы. Нет раковины в туалете, и чтобы помыть руки приходилось идти через всю спальню в ванную или на кухню. Я бы мог еще написать, но в общем мои рекомендации таковы: не выбирайте этот отель!

Я бронировал номер повышенной комфортности на двоих, но нас поселили в трехместный номер. Мы были очень рады этому факту. В нашем распоряжении была большая двуспальная кровать и две ванные комнаты. В номере даже была стиральная машина. Сотрудник на ресепшене оказался крайне услужливым молодым человеком.
