There is an obligatory cleaning charge for the Two-Bedroom Chalets, Two-Bedroom Standard House, Two-Bedroom Comfort House, Three-Bedroom Deluxe House and Three-Bedroom Houses. Bed linen is not included for the Two-Bedroom Chalets, Two-Bedroom Standard House, Two-Bedroom Comfort House, TWO-Bedroom Deluxe House and Three-Bedroom Houses. It can be rented on site for EUR 10 per bed. Cleaning and bed linen are included for the Three-Bedroom Deluxe House, Three-Bedroom House with Swimming Pool, and the Deluxe Five-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool. Electricity is not included and will be charged according to guests’ use. In low season, the Clubhouse is open on weekends only. The restaurant is closed in low season. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Clubhouse, 16480 Brossac. Please inform Etang Vallier Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
