Guests can either choose to reserve in advance and pay EUR 15 (EUR 20 in July) per night for parking in a secured private car park located just 300 metres away (subject to availability and confirmation) or to use the public car park located outside the city walls. A shuttle is available and will drop you off at Place des Carmes right in front of the property. Please note that parking bookings are non-refundable. Please note that a copy of the photo ID of the owner of the credit card used for payment will be requested after reservation. If the property does not receive this copy within 12 hours of requesting it, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Guests can rent a high-speed pocket WiFi device for a EUR 5 extra fee per day which can be used at the property and in the city centre with no roaming charges. Guests can connect up to 10 devices. Please note the property is entirely non-smoking. In case of smoking in the premises, location will be terminated and guests will be fined the amount of 4 nights.
