When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 30 per night applies. The property may request a copy of passport to be sent by email before check-in. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site at a surcharge per person per stay. Please note that a 3rd bedroom is available upon request and subject to availability, as is a twin bed instead of a single bed. You can either clean the apartment yourself upon check-out or pay a cleaning fee of EUR 60. If the apartment has not been cleaned, the cleaning fee will be charged from the damage deposit. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
