Русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшене (Возможно, из бывших наших). Ранее слышал, что нигде русскоговорящих нет, а тут, наверное, повезло. Все объяснила, рассказала, ответила, без пафоса и ненужной официозности. К сожалению, не заметил ее имени. Отличные кровати Парковка под отелем (лифт из гостиницы, прямо "в нумера") Чайник (для россиян актуально ;-) ). К нему чашки, ложки, чай-кофе-какао-сахар. Wi-Fi -работал, была розетка проводного интернета ТВ - что-то, типа смарта (а не кинескопный, как на фотографиях), можно флешку подключить, теоретически можно с него в инет выходить, беспроводная клава есть, но... - не работает, или я тормознул. Один наш канал ТВ (ОРТ) для ностальгирующих ;-). Мебель из массива дерева (не плюс, а так, соответствие 4 звездам)

Отсутствие холодильника (странно для 4 звезд) Чайник есть, а воды нет, могли бы бутылек оставлять... Холодно в номере. При том, что на улице было +4гр., регулятор на максимуме (его еще надо найти и понять - он регулирует только подачу воды в батареи), а трубы еле теплые (град.28). В в ванной полотенцесушитель тоже ручками включать надо, заранее, пока нагреется..., а потом сам же и выключается. А без него, если заранее не включишь, "посинеешь" в душе. Дороговата парковка (при том, что там, только в основном с отеля ) - 3 EUR/час, суточная-29, хотя она не от отеля, а частная. Wi-Fi работал, но в середине номера-50%, у дверей 70%, сразу за дверью 100%-дверь стальная ;-) . ТВ - тормозной Во всех торшерах, на лампах хорошая пыль. Видно энергосберегающие лампы расслабили персонал, а так - запах горелой пыли проявил бы... За соотн. цена/кач. снизил, может и зря, время посленовогоднее, цена чуть завышена. Обычно, наверное и меньше.

Очень чистый номер, отличнейший завтрак шведский стол с огромным выбором.

Коридоры грязные--ковры давно пора почистить.

Замечательный завтрак, с которого приятно начинать свой день в Хельсинки. Ковры в коридоре были грязные, но главное, что в номере было чисто. Хорошие туалетные принадлежности--особенно, гель для душа. Отель находится вдалеке от шумного центра города, но до него легко добраться с помощью трамвая. Мы определенно приедем сюда еще раз.

Хорошая работа персонала гостиницы. Дорогие цены в ресторане. При заказе, один из сотрудников ресторана обманул меня, назвав цену 0,5 литра пива, хотя по факту мне принесли 0,3л пива. Я и моя жена неплохо провели здесь время. Удобные кровати, но слишком высокие, на нее трудно будет залезть людям, с ограниченными физическими возможностями.

Очень приятная, помогшая расслабиться бизнес-поездка. Стол в комнате прекрасный и позволил мне делать работу на ноутбуки без неизбежной физической нагрузки.

Я был бы признателен за кофе и чай в номер. Это действительно единственный минус для меня.
