If you expect to arrive after the office hours, the key pick up is from R-kioski Asema-aukio at Central Railway Station (the address is Elielinaukio 1). Final cleaning is included but extra charges may apply, subject to an inspection of the accommodation. The property requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. The property may also request a copy of passport to be sent by email before check-in. Guests are required to show photo identification and the same credit card used for booking upon check-in. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Kampinkuja 2, Experience Living Reception, Helsinki Energy Building, ground floor, 00100 Helsinki.
