Not bad

Хорошие чистые апартаменты. Недалеко от ратушной площади. Хороший телевизор и док станция для тех, кому важно. 2 удобные спальни, 3я оборудовано чем-то вроде большого кресла-кровати. Вся техника работает.

Периодические проблемы с горячей водой. Нет посудомоечной машины. Но самое неприятное - персонал. Точнее уборщица. Русское хамство нагнало и здесь. Почему она решила что может нас отчитывать за подушку на ковре и грязный пол - совершенно непонятно. Но когда еще повелительным тоном было сказано что-то типа "давайте выносите мусор, это не моя проблема" - это было последней каплей. Те кто, туда поедут - финальная уборка включена в стоимость. И вы не обязаны выносить пакеты с мусором и искать куда их выкинуть. Тем более если это обычные легкие пакеты с бытовым мусором. Вообщем русский сервис - ужас. До этого на новый год ездили в олдхаус - там все было куда выше уровнем. Никто не выгонял и не отчитывал непонятно за что.

Очень хорошее расположение и здание, отель расположен в центре старого города и уровень организации был просто за пределами нашего воображения, я должен сказать, что это был фантастический отдых в Таллинне!

Владелец отеля не очень хорошо говорит по-английски.
