Персонал настолько предупредительный, внимательный и дружелюбный, что отель стоит посетить только из-за непревзойденного обслуживания!

Номерам не помешала бы реновация.

Нам порекомендовали это место наши друзья. Они переселились в этот отель после того, как им не понравился первоначальный вариант по соседству. Номерной фонд слегка устарел, но уборка проводится каждый день и вся обстановка в рабочем состоянии. Кроме того, все остальное просто безупречно! На пляже или рядом с любым из пяти бассейнов всегда можно найти свободный шезлонг. Другие наши друзья собираются в Шарм в феврале и мы в свою очередь обязательно расскажем им про это место.

Высокое качество обслуживания. Доброжелательная обстановка и внимательный персонал. Разнообразная еда хорошего качества. Отличное обслуживание номеров и быстрый ответ на вызов. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Зеленые насаждения и бассейны супер. Хорошая архитектура и планировка. Очень чистый отель.

Пляж не подходит для маленьких детей и нуждается в подсыпке песка вместо грубых камней.

Множество спортивных мероприятий каждый вечер, хорошие развлечения. Большинство сотрудников действительно старается сделать отдых приятнее. Сам отель очень чист. Хороший завтрак в ресторане.

Заказать столик в ресторане "а-ля карт" было весьма проблематично.

5 restaurants are available at Sultan Gardens Resort, offering home-made pasta, Cajun cuisine and live cooking shows, the “House Of Spice” Indian restaurant. Freshly caught seafood can be enjoyed on the seafront terrace of the Sea Food Market.

The resort also features a 24-hour coffee shop with an ice parlour, and a lounge bar with 2 big screens. At the Shallal Bar, you can taste freshly squeezed juices and snacks all day long.
