Мы бронировали номер в гостинице, и первое впечатление было ужасным. Мы попросили переселить нас в другой номер, и нам с радостью его предоставили за дополнительную плату в 20 долларов/сутки. Этот номер был неимоверно хорошим и комфортабельным, с балконом и видом на пляж и море.

Эта гостиница расположена далеко от пляжа. На территории есть несколько корпусов, но до самого ближнего идти достаточно долго. В номерах нет доступа к Интернету. Эта услуга стоит 10 долларов в сутки. Интернет у бассейна крайне медленный. Убирали в номерах не очень хорошо. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Я ожидал от 5-звездочной гостиницы большего.

Месторасположение.

Отель играет с ценами: здесь есть некоторые номера, которые не выставляются в Интернете, а предлагаются клиентам на месте. Как вы можете понять, качество в них не лучше, но цена явно завышена. Будьте бдительны и не попадайтесь на эту удочку, ведь даже люкс с видом на море в этом отеле не идеален.

Весьма посредственный отель.

Есть мелкие недочеты, на которые натыкаешься буквально на каждом шагу.

В общем, это нормальный отель с не слишком разнообразным питанием и доброжелательным персоналом. Если номер окнами выходит на пляж, то в комнатах будет тихо. Есть бесплатный доступ к беспроводной сети возле бассейна.

Отель расположен в очень хорошем месте особенно для туристов, рядом старый рынок, площадь soho и др. хороший сервис. Когда мы приехали в отель, мои данные в системы были немного неверны и нам пытались дать номер с двумя односпальными кроватями, когда мы забронировали двухместный, полотенца не меняли, но пытались собрать с нас за уборку!!!! Телевизор не работают и они обвиняли, что мы не храним напитки в холодильнике! Единственная хорошая вещь в этом отеле это Завтрак. Я был впечатлен разнообразием. Как по мне это отль 3 звезды или даже меньше.

Приятная атмосфера. Предоставленные услуги стоили тех денег, которые я заплатил.

На телевизоре не был настроен ни звук ни изображение. Наш ранний заезд был согласован по телефону заранее, но по прибытии нас попросили подождать 2 часа в холле отеля, хотя номер был свободен! Мы открывали кран в ванной и ждали 10 минут пока потечет горячая вода, мы потеряли наверно 100 литров воды! И самое удивительное, они пишут объявления с просьбой повторно использовать полотенца! Они пытаются экономить воду за счет стирки!
