- красивые номера с видом на Нил со свежим ремонтом - неплохой шведский стол на завтрак - большой бассейн - удобный отель - в не сезон реально получить номер повышенной категории без доплат, что очень приятно - тихо

- пешком до центра минут 15 через череду приставал, это напрягает - однообразные завтраки с небольшим выбором блюд - видела как упавшие булочки обратно положили в общую корзинку

Расположение отличное, сам отель довольно чистый, но вот еда мне не понравилась.

Мы были единственными, кому было выделено более старый номер. В то время как несколько пребываний назад, у всех были новые отреставрированные номера. Почему так? Мы, возможно, вернулся и только потому, что мы хотели нормально отдохнуть. К тому же, мы заплатили за номер точно такую же цену, как и постояльцы с нового номера.

У моей семьи было замечательное пребывание в этом отеле, наша единственная жалоба состояла в том, что хотя наш номер и был для некурящих, запах дыма просачивался в номер через вентиляционную систему уже на второй день. Один из нас был астматиком, поэтому мы пожаловались на рецепцию в 11 часов вечера. Удивительно, но сотрудники тут же предложили нам другие номера. Мы высоко оценили уровень их заботы о клиентах. Этот отель находился в пешей доступности от прекрасного музея Луксора.
