В этом отеле я провела один из лучших отпусков в моей жизни. Все было на высоте - питание, развлечения, работа персонала. И хотя во время моего пребывания возникла одна проблема, которая грозила испортить мой отдых, но сотрудники отеля справились на ура, только укрепив мои положительные впечатления. Обязательно всем буду рекомендовать это чудесное место!

Это был мой самый лучший отпуск. Полный пансион - отличный, персонал замечательный, развлечения - просто класс. У меня возникла проблема и я думал, что мой отпуск будет испорчен, но перснал отлично все решил и я даже оказался в выигрыше. Я всегда и всем буду буду советовать этот замечательный отель.

Хорошее впечатление оставили номера - просторные, комфортабельные, с красивой отделкой. Насыщенная инфраструктура, всегда есть чем заняться. Разнообразное питание, большой выбор блюд.

Мне не понравился вкус еды в ресторане. Повара нужно однозначно менять. Также мне не понравился тот факт, что в отеле нет лифта или хотя бы ската для детских колясок. Я была вынуждена по нескольку раз в день затаскивать ее по лестнице в номер и потом относить обратно вниз.

Все было просто чудесно. Лично мне данный курорт понравился.

Песчаный пляж узкий и маленький. Зона для дайвинга оказалась большой, но заурядной и неинтересной.

Единственное достоинство отеля - его расположение.

Жалею, что забронировал этот отель. Прежде всего, оплаченная система "все включено" себя не оправдала, так как НЕ включено практически ничего... Чтобы получить бутылку воды, нужно попросить не менее 5 раз. Нет услуги доставки в номер (и это в отеле 4 звезды!). Бармены или хамят, или игнорируют. С меня потребовали более 300 египетских фунтов за утрату пляжного полотенца, хотя я всего лишь забыл принести с собой карточку для обмена (вообще неадекватная ситуация!). Больше всего поразил тот факт, что при заезде с меня хотели взять оплату в долларах США, хотя бронировал я в местной валюте (сам гражданин Египта). Короче - кошмар!
