Персонал - невероятно доброжелательный и трудолюбивый. Пляж красивый и чистый, заметно, что за этим следят.

С меня потребовали более высокую оплату без объяснения причин. Кондиционер в номере работал ужасно и не охлаждал ни капельки. По этой причине мы сменили номер и переехали в новый корпус. Также, в номерах полно муравьев и комаров, которые больно кусаются.

Сотрудники могут нагрубить, атмосфера в отеле далека от гостеприимной. Несмотря на хваленое "все включено", рестораны работают по часам, перекусить в дневное время негде, а-ля-карт ресторана нет, как и сервиса доставки в номер.

Анимация и развлечения предназначены исключительно для итальянской публики. Несмотря на разнообразное и вкусное питание, не хватало свежих фруктов и закусок.

Дружелюбный и предупредительный персонал, радужный приём. Большой выбор еды. Расслабляющий курорт, одно из лучших мест для дайвинга. Дайвинг его фишка. Чистые номера. Идеальное расположение, вид на море, рядом хороший пляж.

Курение в вестибюле. Очень плохой WiFi. Практически нет аниматоров, кроме акробатов.

Нам очень понравилось здесь останавливаться – частные внутренний дворик и бассейн были великолепными! Шоу в Арене были очень хорошими.

Еда была так себе. Иногда более вкусной, иногда – менее, но в целом вполне приемлемой.
