Ничего. У много удобств, но все было холодно и безлично. В теории, это должны были быть, хорошие впечатления, но на самом деле это не так. Кто-то должен научить сотрудников, как быть дружелюбными, или по крайней мере улыбаться!

Я никогда не остановлюсь в этом отель снова. Мне пришлось продлить свое пребывание в отеле из-за проблем организации рейса из Хургады. Мне сказали на ресепшне, чтобы я заказал номер через сайт. Я это сделал и получил подтверждение от сайта. На следующее утро мне сказали, я должен немедленно покинуть номер, потому что нет доступных номеров. Они отказались соблюдать бронирование через сайт, и не сделали ничего, чтобы помочь мне найти другой номер в их комплексе из 6 отелей. Когда я нажал кнопку связи с менеджером, он, наконец, предложеил, мне номер в другом отеле за большую стоимость, чем в его отеле. Кто-то должен научить персонал обеспечить надлежащее обслуживание клиентов!

Отличный персонал, ровно, как и обслуживание. Качество еды было превосходным. Приедем сюда вновь.

Бассейн не подогревается в зимний период. Плохая анимация для детей.

Хорошее расположение. Веселые аниматоры. Разнообразная еда. Аквапарк. Чисто и в бассейне, и в самом отеле.

Единственная проблема заключалась в том, что бассейн не отапливался (а дело было в декабре месяце).

This modern 4-star all-inclusive Hurghada resort is just 250 metres from the Red Sea. It offers a lagoon-style outdoor pool, 5 buffet restaurants and a disco. All rooms have a balcony or terrace. Guests can enjoy free access to Aqua park for both Albatros Garden and children Aqua Park at Sea World Resort.

Aqua Vista Resort has 4 pools, including a wave pool. Guests have free use of the sun loungers which surround the pool and beach areas. Spa facilities include a sauna, Moroccan hamman, beauty salon and massage rooms.
