The Sanctuary at Los Corales offers a smoke-free environment. An Electricity Consumption Deposit of $100 USD per week or partial week per condo is due in cash at check-in. Any unused amount will be refunded in cash at check-out. Please note that for safety and security reasons, only guests present at check-in and presenting a valid passport are allowed on the property at any time. Early Check-in/Late Check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Fee of 1/2 day rent for Check-in more than 2 hours early or Check-out more than 2 hours late. Fee of full day rent for Check-out past 6 p.m. If the Booker and the Cardholder are different, there must be a signed Credit Card Authorization form from the Booker. Please inform The Sanctuary @ Los Corales in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
