For other guests we have public pool for additional fee and its subject of availability. Hot tub/Jacuzzi is for free of charge for guests who lives in units with hot tub/jacuzzi. The property accepts no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances beyond the property control. The property is not responsible for your health. Making a reservation for the period from June to October you confirm that you would not have any claims related to weather conditions. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
