June 28 2013Мы остановились в этом отеле, и провели восхитительное время, отель находится в одной минуте пешком от Карлова моста, это прямо в центре, не нужно пользоваться транспортом и куда-то ходить. Кроме того, в нескольких шагах от Старого города и замка. Номера просторные, нам было удобно в одной комнате с 4-хлетним сыном, и было еще много места. Холодный лимонад, которым вас угощают по приезду, был восхитительный, особенно если вы прибываете в жаркий день. Интернет был прекрасный, завтрак был всегда хорош, хоть и не шведский стол, но вы можете получить все, что вы хотите. Персонал в отеле был доброжелателен и общителен. Старый стиль отеля делал его очаровательным, и, несмотря на старость, было чисто, поскольку он отреставрирован. Все было хорошо.

December 01 2011Переписка с отелем по е-мейлу по поводу организации трансфера из аэропорта прошла быстро и удачно. Подобрали нас у аэропорта быстро. Номер и туалет были просторные и чистые, с хорошей мебелью и красивым дизайном интерьера. Стиль отеля какой-то деревенский, домашний, но не старый. Номер хорошо отапливался, в туалете тоже было тепло (мы ездили туда зимой). Замечательный завтрак с отличным обслуживанием! Мы остались довольны!

Из-за языкового барьера были сложности в общении с персоналом гостиницы. В день моего приезда я зашла в ресторан с багажом (по ошибке), и сотрудники ресторана крикнули мне: “Это не та дверь!!”... как видно, не очень любезно.
