Что мне здесь больше всего не понравилось, так это то, что не во всех номерах есть отдельные душевые кабины. В номере не было чайника, кое-что было совсем старым, например, телевизор.

Мы были приятно удивлены тем, что по мере необходимости нам могли предоставить блюда индийской кухни. Спа-центр был очень дорогим, поэтому я ходил туда всего один раз. Сотрудники рецепции и консьерж были очень полезными.

Я понимаю, что необходимо платить за качество, но я думаю, что это слишком. Даже посредственные отели предоставляют бесплатный Wi-Fi и $ 250 для 90-минутного массажа - это самая высокая стоимость в мире.

Я лично считаю, что платный Интернет в гостинице такой категории это через чур. По их расчетам я должен заплатить 500 долларов за ночь + 20 долларов за использования Интернета и еще за 25 долларов мне предложат диски с фильмами, которые я давно посмотрел. Нужно что-то менять в ценообразовании.

Отель практически идеальный. Потрясающий персонал. Отель расположен в здании бывшего монастыря, построенного еще в 14 столетии. Ресторан (в том числе и с доставкой в номер) просто высший пилотаж – такого я еще нигде не видел! Завтрак организован по принципах «шведского стола» и a la carte – еда невероятно вкусная, но каждый день одна и та же. Но это ерунда, так как рядом находится несколько изумительных ресторанов. Также потрясающий спа и персонал, там работающий. Это отель мирового класса, правда и цены здесь соответствующие, так что будьте готовы потратиться!

August 19 2012Великолепное расположение – к достопримечательностям можно дойти пешком.Наш junior suite был большим и удобным. Доброжелательный и осведомленный персонал. Консьерж посоветовал нам потрясающий ресторан. Уже в первый день официанты запомнили блюда, которые мы любим на завтрак, поэтому в следующие дни сразу же их приносили. В номере было чисто и опрятно. Свежие фрукты.
Мы хотели днем поплавать в бассейне, но нас туда не впустили, так как это было не наше время (каждый сьют имеет свое время).
