Рядом с отелем находилась трамвайная остановка и метро, но это было не столь необходимо, потому что центр был всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Работники приема неплохо разговаривали на английском языке, поэтому помогли с бронированием. Хорошая еда в ресторане. Также порадовала игра пианиста, работающего здесь три раза в неделю.

Холодильник в номере не работал. Я много раз просил его или починить, или заменить, но так и не был услышан. Кроме того, номер категории "люкс" не был столь роскошным.

Пожалуйста, добавьте еще одну широкую полку в ванной, для людей, которые приезжают на долго с бритвенными и банными принадлежностями.

Пожалуйста, оборудуйте ванную еще одной более широкой полочкой для личных вещей. Это будет очень удобно людям в долгих путешествиях с большим количеством косметических средств и предметов гигиены.
