На самом деле недалеко от Староместкой площади. Чаще всего, чтобы добраться ко многим достопримечательностям, не нужно садиться на общественный транспорт – можно дойти пешком.

Владелец квартиры – больше, чем забавный – он написал мне смс-сообщение, в котором попросил приехать пораньше, так как у него было слишком много дел, и ему было не до меня. На кухне нет ни кастрюли, ни сковороды, и если вы планируете сами готовить себе еду , то везите всю посуду. Найти бесплатную парковку – большая редкость.

Квартира выглядела современно и красиво. Я буду всем рекомендовать эти апартаменты. Персонал прислал за нами такси в аэропорт и был всегда рад ответить на любые вопросы. Спасибо огромное за отличный отдых.

Мы бронировали четырехместный номер. В комнатах было чисто и просторно. Владелец доброжелательный и милый человек. Нашим дочка понравился большой торговый центр, который находился в двух минутах ходьбы от гостиницы.

All apartments at Apartment House have modern design elements, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. Several have 2 floors and 2 bedrooms. Some have a bathroom with a spa bath, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The Namesti Republiky tram and metro stations are both 500 metres away. The city’s Old Town Square and Palladium Shopping Centre can both be reached on foot in 7 minutes, and the Jewish Cemetery is 1 km away.

Stvanice Island and Letna Park are both 800 metres from Apartment House - The Modern Flat. Prague airport is 15 km away and transfers can be arranged upon request. Limited parking spaces are available on site free of charge.

Guests are kindly asked to contact Apartment House - The Modern Flat at least 2 days in advance in order to arrange transfer of keys and receive necessary information. Late check-in is possible for surcharge. Please also note that there is only a limited number of private parking spaces. Parking spaces are available for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
