All apartments are spread over 2 floors. Each unit has a spacious living area that opens to the terrace and features a large floor-to-ceiling window, a seating area and an open-plan kitchen. A toilet room can also be found on the lower lever. The upper floor comprises a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom fitted with a shower or a bathtub.

Built in 2014 on the top of the Alfa Market Shopping Centre, the apartments are conveniently located just a few steps from the nearest shop, restaurant and bar. Parking is possible on site.
