Просторные номера, внимательный персонал.

Хотелось бы, чтобы чаще меняли белье и убирали в номере (не раз в три дня, как сейчас).

Персонал гостиницы всегда улыбчивый и доброжелательный. К сожалению, практически никто не знает английского языка. Завтраки были вкусными, но не фантастическими, чего я ждал от отеля такого уровня. Это все субъективная точка зрения и мне здесь в принципе очень понравилось.

Это отличный отель бизнес-класса. Хорошее для Брно расположение. Здесь можно выспаться и приготовить поесть, так как номер оборудован мини-кухней. Все оборудование находилось в хорошем рабочем состоянии. Это место очень хорошо, если вы устали после рабочего дня и просто хотите отдохнуть.

Окрестности отеля мне не очень понравились, но сама гостиница находится в пятнадцати минутах ходьбы от центра города. Номер, в котором я жил был просторным и чистым. Весь персонал доброжелательный и услужливый. Я остался очень доволен отдыхом в этой гостинице и буду ее рекомендовать все своим знакомым.

Персонал очень приветлив и любезен. Сотрудники были так любезны, что помогли нам заказать пиццу, ведь по-чешски мы не говорим. Номера и ванные - простые и чистые. Там много места и есть всё, что может вам понадобиться. Завтрак был чуть лучше, чем среднестатистический европейский завтрак. Вкусненький и разнообразный. Автомат с кофе - просто супер!!!
